"Jiyo aur jine do" is a slogan of the jain sect, however Shri "H.S. Saini" has founded trust by this name and got it registered vide registration no-91 in additional book no-4 vol no-2709 on page 161 to 171 dated 8-1-2010 with the sub-registrar Kashmiri Gate Delhi. Trustees who do not evince requisite interest, their trusteeship is being cancelled and more viable trustees are to be inducted by invoking / serving notice. However more innovating members are always solicited and welcomed.

The trust holds programmers of Pranayama , Yogic exercises  , Meditation etc. at different places in Delhi  and thus the Physical , Mental  and Spiritual battery of the participants is charged which is the basic  important  requirement for positive living .

Besides, free education to the poorest children is being given in public places in Delhi at the moment. Efforts are being made to take appropriate building on charitable or rent basis for the purpose or accommodate such children in good recognized schools.

The sources are also explored to stabilize the economically distressed ladies who are either widows or their husbands are drunkards or differently addicted. They are motivated for self-help, by making groups and are provided loan on easy interest and pay back in easy installments to do something tangible to make their easy living or secure them jobs or such work which they may do at their own homes.

The extraordinary and exemplary guys who hold positions in academics and the shining / rising stars in different fields like dance & games etc. are suitably rewarded to generate motivation for others.

Serving food   in gathering and distribution of Blankets, Clothing’s, Foodings :- the trust distributes  blankets and wearing  clothes  for winter and summer seasons on ceremonious occasions to the poor and needy. However food like Puri Sabzi Chhole / Daal Chawal etc. at Aastha Mandir as God’s prasad weekly to the needy, furthermore and more places can be spotted for the purpose .

As many a time the well off and the rich people discard their costly clothes and lose their attraction and love for them even after one or two wearing. So we request you all to provide us such clothes for free distribution to the poor and needy so that the clothes which have lost respect in your eyes may become the respect of others.
